James Paterek is the Chief Strategy Officer of Millbrook Support Services, Inc., a company that offers government agencies with doctors, nurses, advanced practice providers, and allied healthcare workforce.

James Paterek is also the founder and CEO of Paterek & Company, a private consulting firm specializing in the human capital industry, which includes staffing, outsourcing, and consulting firms.

Prior to this, James L. Paterek served as the founder and chairman of COMFORCE Corporation (formerly ASE: CFS), a large publicly listed staffing, outsourcing, and financial services company with over 11,000 people. The Company operated three business sectors via its 76 global offices: human capital management services, staff augmentation, and financial outsourcing services.

COMFORCE was named by SIA as the fastest growing public staffing firm for two consecutive years under James Paterek's leadership. In those two years, COMFORCE increased its net revenue from $12 million to almost $500 million ($800 million total system-wide revenue) and its operating profit from $245,000 to nearly $31 million. The increase was fueled by both organic growth and over a dozen strategic acquisitions year over year.

Along with his extensive experience as an executive manager and leader of service-based businesses, James Paterek has extensive experience acquiring, financing, and integrating businesses, having completed over twenty-eight acquisitions and raised over $600 million for investment in those businesses.
